Complaints and claims

INTERNAL INSTANCES  

Any claim or complaint must be directed first to the mediator of the policy or to coverholder/ underwriting agency in Spain:

If you are not satisfied with the way your complaint or claim has been processed, you can direct it, written to:  

General representative of Lloyd´s in Spain_ ("Lloyd´s Iberia Representative, SLU").

who may, without damage to the rights that legally attend you, refer the issue to the Department of Assistance to the Policyholder and to the Lloyd´s market in London (_Policyholder & Market Assistance_)  

EXTERNAL INSTANCES 

1)In case the internal instances had been unsatisfactories, you may voluntarily submit your differences to arbitral decision under the terms expected in the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and their development rules, without prejudice to the established in the Arbitration Law, in case the parts submit their differences to the decision of one or more arbitrators. 

2) You are qualified to direct your complaint or claim to the General Management of Insurances in Spain, to:

3) You may claim, under Article 24 of the Insurance Contract Law, in the Court of First Instance corresponding to your place of residence. For more information about how to lodge legal actions against the insurer in connection with this contract, please, consult the clause of judicial citations.
